The Nigerian judiciary has been put to a state of confusion, anarchy and kangaroo characterization following the inability of a judge (Justice Binta Nyako), to interpret the law accordingly without fear or favor. Assessing the steps a judge goes through to become a final arbiter of justice in a sovereign country like Nigeria, no doubt, raises doubt as to the competence of Justice Nyako to effectively deliver justice to all.
This is necessitated by the action of Justice Binta Nyako who gave a defendant, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), a bail and Mazi Kanu later disappeared following the invasion of his house by the Nigerian Army. This invasion caused the loss of lives of over 28 persons and the destruction of properties, houses and cars of the IPOB leader. What was expected from a Judge disposed to Justice for all was a thorough investigation of the incident and the asking of appropriate questions: Why the invasion? Why the militarization of a defendant's residence without provocation? Why the deaths? Why the disappearance of the defendant?, etcetera. These questions were relevant particularly when the defendant had shown readiness to appear in court just two weeks from the date of the invasion. The court after all has a responsibility to protect all. Instead, the Fulani born and nurtured Islamic judge went on as if nothing happened.
This was despite the fact that the invasion on 14th of September 2017 at Afara-ukwu Ibeku, Umuahia in Abia State, when a battalion of Nigerian Army went to Nnamdi Kanu's house and gunned down 28 souls, vandalising the house, cars and properties was public knowledge. That event was recorded live for the whole world to see. What baffles a lot of people is not only Justice Nyako's failure to ask the right questions and bring the government to book but her continued quest that Kanu's sureties must produce him. This shows her contempt for justice and her inability to defend the rule of law. Is there still the rule of law in Nigeria? Only Justice Nyako can provide answer to the above question. People in decent societies will be wondering what type of society Nigeria is and why Justice Nyako is mounting pressure on Kanu's sureties to produce him when it is the federal government of Nigeria and the Army that should be on trial. The presence of government security agencies in Nnamdi Kanu's community without a court order or provocation suggests no doubt that it was a well planned attempt to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu which would have been later covered up using kangaroo judicial processes to be aided by Justice Binta Nyako.
Had Nnamdi Kanu being assassinated on that fateful day, would Binta Nyako continue hearing the case? The answer is no because the defendant no longer exists. Why is she insisting on continuing the matter? It is in the habit of Hausa- Fulani to murder the elites of other regions because they believe that they are conquered regions. This strategy worked in the past leading to the death of the followings: Ken Saro Wiwa, Isaac Boro, Moshood Abiola, Dele Giwa and Ogoni Nine who fought to improve the lot of their own people under the oppressive Nigerian State. Nnamdi Kanu is simply insisting on the right of his people Biafrans, to self determination.
He is not armed and his people are using non-violent methods to achieve their Objectives: Freedom and the restoration-of-independence of Biafra. Considering the circumstances that led to his disappearanc, a place fortified with armoured vehicles and jet fighters hovering on air, only God could have allowed the intelligence of common men from the East to guide Kanu to exit safely onwards to the land of Israel. All the machinations of the federal government failed, making a mockery of the Nigerian state and it's justice system. No matter the years, months, weeks, days and times, justice must surely prevail. Though they killed Biafrans but the day of reckoning is fast approaching and nobody who intentionally executed this will go unpunished. The world which is mute over this injustice must be ready for the consequences when the wheel of Justice drives home.
Biafrans must refuse to be intimidated by Hausa-Fulani soldiers trying to enforce their continued forceful occupation of Biafraland using the judiciary and other extra legal means .The people of old eastern states also known as Biafra should come together as one by joining hands with IPOB to liberate our land from the hands of soldiers of Hausa-Fulani oligarchy. As Biafrans continue their quest for freedom under the Mazi Nnamdi Kanu led IPOB, we implore the world and humanity to continue to find answers to the question: Did Justice Binta Nyako grant bail to Nnamdi Kanu to be killed extrajudicially?

IPOB leader Exposes the hidden truth today 21st October 2018
He started with prayers as usual and after the payers, he urges all Biafran to observe a minute silence for Biafran fallen heroes killed by the murderous Nigerian military, especially on the 14th Sept 2017 in his home.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has revealed how Nigerian Army wanted to kill him in Umuahia Abia State.
In the broadcast, he said that the Nigerian army invaded his home to kill him and his family, that the army killed his Dog Jack, his cousin sister Adaku and 28 Biafran.
He also said that IPOB stands with Governor Ayo Fayose in this time of his trial.
And thanked Asari Dokubo, describing him as a brother.
He thanked Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor and his team.
“I want to send my solidarity to Gov. Ayo Fayose and assure him that Biafran will stand by him in this hour of need, we will have a special place for him in Biafraland, I thank all my sureties that stood by me, my unavailability was forced on me”
They planned to kill me because the court case held no water.
What they are charging me does not exist. I don't have any weapon. My only weapon is my microphone and my courages.
I Nnamdi Kanu is for peace but when I speak they hear war
He describes the charges against him as bogus and that the Nigerian government had no case against him.
He also condemned the humiliation of our mothers by one Fulani man in Imo State and said their suffering will never be forgotten.
They sent soldiers to kill me because I refused to reverse my order on no election in Biafra land, especially in Anambra State.
Biafra Restoration is sacrosanct and none negotiable,
“I decree that there is no longer South East or South South Nigeria, it shall be known as Biafra, without referendum nothing will happen in Nigeria.
IPOB will not participate in any election and that position will never change”

Ghana president Nana Akufo Addo, was astonished when he saw the video of the IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu that appeared and went viral online. He made a statement that “there is something divine behind this boy”
Furthermore, Nana Addo stated that “I will be punctually up and present to listen to the coming broadcast of the IPOB leader, that boy is the hope of every reasonable Nigerian most especially this time that the country is in a confused state with no remedy, Nnamdi Kanu is not a politicians but the hope of the region is on him to refabricate the decomposing structure created by the British”.
Akufoh Addo’s statement is striking and something to think about. It is true that right now Nigeria is going through some though turbulence, hunger, and poverty have taken over the so-called giant of Africa, a country rich with all sorts of human and natural resources with an active population that can transform the world. People like Kanu saw it that the leader of the country and those who preside over things are people that were brought up under colonial and slavery mentality, in that case, it will be difficult for the country to grow, it is true that the country Nigeria is a mish-mash of people with conflicting ideology, conflicting value system and there is no way the country will move forward and better than it is now because of the main problems.
The problem if Nigeria is not Buhari neither is it corruption it is a foundational problem that can be settled regionally, not until Nigeria take the proactive initiatives to drive the foundation that has eaten over the fabrics of the country by foundation and chase British indirect rule away from their system Nigeria will be like a ship that moves one step forward and three steps backward.
A new president can not do anything better even if Buhari decides to step down or being voted out the next president will still find it difficult they will only pass time doing nothing, stealing from anything they can find and Nigerians will remain in poverty, starvation, and death.

We want to use this medium to state unequivocally that at no time did Nnamdi Kanu reached any agreement with any politician to participate in Nigerian politics.
Consequently, any publication not authorised by our leader, his deputy or by the Head Directorate of state regarding IPOB and/or our leader is pedestrian and null and void. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu called me this morning and briefed me on goings on, including his travails of the past 13 months.He told me he called a few other persons as well.
He thanked all and assured of his total commitment to the struggle for the freedom of his people.He said he has recovered fully and is now in good health. He promised that,
as already known by all and sundry, that he and his group remain completely apolitical. He maintains that they have no interest whatsoever in partisan politics and pleads with politicians trading with his name and that of his organisation, to back off.
He pointedly told me that they have no business whatsoever with both the APC and the PDP.He insists he remains relentlessly apolitical and warns those hoping to hustle with his name to back down now.
He will officially thank all tomorrow evening by 6 pm he says.

I woke up yesterday to scintillating news making round the social and online media to the effect that my client (Nnamdi Kanu) was sighted in Jerusalem during a prayer session.
Initially, I wanted to disbelieve it but for the source, struggling at the same time to come to reality that God has kept to His Promises after the murderous invasion of his home on the 14th day of September 2017, by rampaging Nigerian Soldiers, that saw the horrific blood carnage witnessed in his home on this black day.
But the God of Isaac, Abraham and Jacob has put enemies to shame, by the development of yesterday.
I cannot forget in a haste the anxiety that had enveloped me for this past 13 months .The anxiety over the uncertainty of his safety after my last contact with him on the 14th day of September 2017. A day I can never forget for the rest of my life.
On the face of this cheerful news staring on my face, I immediately intensified effort to ascertain the veracity or otherwise of the video clip.
Only, this morning, I received a direct confirmation from my client, hearing once from him after 13months in captivity.
I am very delighted therefore, to use this singular opportunity to announce to the world that my client is the very person seen in the pictures /video. That i can confirm authoritatively.
Furthermore, the shocking tale of how he made it alive once again will be made public in his scheduled world press broadcast to be beamed live within the next 24 hours.
The general public and indeed the world is advised to keep a date with this broadcast.

Former U.S Attorney General Tells UN: Designate Nnamdi Kanu as Internationally Protected Person Controversial former U.S attorney-general Bruce Fein has urged the United Nations Security Council, under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter to designate Nnamdi Kanu as an “internationally protected person” as defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons, Including Diplomatic Agents.
Article I of the Convention defines an “internationally protected person as “A Head of State, including any member of a collegial body performing the functions of a Head of State under the constitution of the State concerned, a Head of Government or a Minister of Foreign Affairs, whenever such person is in a foreign state ….”
“The acts and utterances of IPOB were acts and utterances of terrorists, said the federal government after the organization was proscribed, but Fein in a fresh appeal to the world body said that Nnamdi Kanu, qualifies as a ‘Head of State.’ “In sum, Nnamdi Kanu, qualifies as a “Head of State” under the Convention. He is one of a group of IPOB leaders who perform the core government function in the South East region of Nigeria of protecting the physical safety of innocent civilian Biafrans from predation or murder by Hausa-Fulani terrorists. He is subject de facto to Nigerian martial law.
He possesses lesser rights than a foreign diplomat in Nigeria. Mr. Kanu is a de facto foreigner in Nigeria and a Head of State in de facto foreign territory in the South East within the meaning of the Convention.” “The United Nations Security Council, through a resolution or otherwise, should designate Mr. Kanu as an internationally protected person.
His status falls within the jurisdiction of the Security Council under Chapter VII of the Charter because the Nigerian Government’s threatened force or violence against him threatens international peace and security in West Africa and elsewhere.”
